Once  you’ve found your arrest profile page,  click on the “Is this you? Click Here to Remove” button to proceed to the removal page.

Once on the Removal page, please review the item name and confirm it’s your name.  If this is the name you would like to remove, proceed to fill out the payment form and select “Send Payment”
